Compact, Versatile Tabletop Irradiator

The IR-200 is a compact, multi-purpose tabletop irradiation system used for calibration of TLD and OSL elements and cards. An integrated 33 MBq (0.9 mCi) ⁹⁰Sr/⁹⁰Y source provides approximately 0.3 mGy equivalent gamma dose per carrier disc revolution.

An automatic drawer and interchangeable carrier discs accommodate a variety of TLD and OSL elements and cards. Available carrier discs support up to 50 TLD chips, discs, or rods; 6 Harshaw TLD cards; 7 Rados TLD slides; 6 Panasonic TLD cards; 6 Landauer OSL cards; 7 myOSL 2.0 dosimeters; or 21 myOSLchip dosimeters. The irradiation value is defined by the number of carrier disc revolutions.

  • Versatile dosimeter compatibility: Carrier discs are available for TLD chips, discs and rods, as well as Harshaw, Rados, Panasonic, Landauer, myOSL 2.0 and myOSLchip dosimeters.
  • Dose per revolution: Approximately 0.3 mGy equivalent gamma dose per carrier disc revolution.
  • Adjustable irradiation: rradiation value is defined by the number of carrier disc revolutions, with up to 500 revolutions at approximately 2 revolutions per minute.
